Merchants Overview

The Merchants section (also called Organizations) allows you to view and manage merchant accounts, their configurations, features, and fee structures.

What Are Merchants?

Merchants (organizations) are the businesses that use the platform to accept payments. Each merchant has:

A profile with business information
Configured features and capabilities
Fee structures for different transaction types
Settlement accounts for receiving funds
Sub-accounts for specific use cases

Key Capabilities

View Accounts	See sub-accounts and settlement accounts

Suspend/Unsuspend	Manage merchant access

Navigating to Merchants

Click Merchants in the sidebar under the Ops section
The merchants list displays all organizations in the system

Merchant Lifecycle

Onboarded → Active → Suspended (if needed)
              ↓            ↓
         Normal Ops   Unsuspended → Active

When a merchant is suspended:

All payment links become inactive
New payments cannot be initiated
Existing in-flight payments continue processing
Trading and settlement may be restricted
